Jana Marie Foundation reaches out to youth and community members through a variety of programs and initiatives that bring awareness to the importnace of mental health and wellness. These programs include teen wellness forums, mental health related videos/programs for parents and caregivers, art/music programs for teens, suicide prevention workshops, our Stompers Project workships, Mind Matters resilience training, and our recently introduced community dialgue initiative, Mokita.
